Junior Cesar Canche strives for excellence in his academic studies and physical fitness. He never skips a beat and makes it a point to attend the gym while being attentive to his academic duties.
“I use the gym to cope with the stress; every time I go the gym, it helps me release stress, Canche said.
After going to the gym, Canche’s mind feels refreshed and ready to tackle his work.
“After coming home from the gym, I feel more relaxed; everything seems more calm,” Canche said. “When I work out, I usually work out really hard, and I put a lot more effort in working out, and my body feels calmed and relaxed because it uses up most of my energy.”
Attending the gym has boosted Canches’ confidence and reduced stress levels, leaving him better equipped to tackle academic work.
