Jimmy Carter Early College High School celebrated a milestone in academic achievement Thursday evening as it welcomed a new class of student scholars into the Psi Alpha National Honor Society during an induction ceremony held on campus. Psi Alpha, the international honor society for high school students interested in psychology, recognizes academic excellence, leadership, and a passion for the field. At JCECHS, the society continues to thrive as a platform for students who are not only pursuing careers in psychology but also those who simply seek to better understand the human mind and behavior. After taking the official pledge, inductees were presented with certificates of membership, a moment met with proud applause from families and faculty.
