Clear the air: The truth about vaping.
Vaping is a growing problem among students, with many becoming addicted to nicotine at a young age. Despite warnings about health risks, such as lung damage and, just in general, addiction, it remains popular due to the flavors and the misconception that it’s safe.
To prevent vaping in schools, we should talk more about it in classes or assemblies about the dangers of vaping.
“I strongly believe that teachers, principals, and concealers should spread more awareness about what the risks of vaping can lead to,” Alexa said
The best way to encourage students to avoid vaping is by showing them real-life stories of people who have been affected and also offering healthier alternatives instead.
“I know for a fact that people would take vaping more seriously if they knew actual people and what they went through,” Alexa said.
Schools could prevent vaping in the bathrooms by having more staff around the area and putting signs in the restrooms.
The Principal, concealers, and teachers have done a great job at spreading awareness, but this is a recurring issue due to kids not seeing how vaping can lead to bigger problems in the long run.” Alexa said
